Mild Depression is a mental condition of gloomy state which is in milder form that persists for a long time and is often becomes synonymous with dysthymia. It is very difficult to differentiate between mild depression and emotional disturbance.
The patient will lose zest for living, will become listless, refuses to interact with others, and suffers from low self-esteem and fatigue. Mild depression is also associated with Adrenal Fatigue along with other causes for clinical depression. It manifests in increased fright, confusion, decreased concentration and poor memory recall. People with this fatigue will display less tolerance and are frustrated very easily.
